Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for overseeing customer service activities to ensure that we are consistently representing our brand in a safe, professional and customer friendly manner. A Field Service Technician is responsible for ensuring that our customers are provided industry best service in a safe and timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving a strong Safety & Environmental performance culture in every aspect of daily work.

Taking a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, wants and demands to ensure our customer focus and service is the best in the industry.

Gathering market intelligence to understand customer requirements and create a plan for tailored customer solutions.

Actively support all reasonable requests from the Customer Service Manager.

Consistently follow the organization’s policies and procedures.

Participate as an active leader in the overall running of the Randalls business.

Participate in and complete both internal and external training programs

Complete and submit all paperwork daily including Fishbowl, iAuditor, Zoho and Leave Requests.

Ensure purchase orders are created and items receipted, in a timely manner.

Ensure sales orders are created for all items leaving the branch.

Relevant skills consist of:

Extensive electrical and hydraulic system knowledge.

Practical troubleshooting ability.

Successful record of identifying customer needs, developing strategies, and providing quality customer service.
