The Plumber's Administrator supports the day-to-day administrative operations of a plumbing business by managing scheduling, customer communication, job tracking, invoicing, and general office tasks. This role ensures that plumbing jobs run efficiently, from initial customer contact to job completion and billing.
Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience is required for this position.
Previous plumbing or trades industry experience is essential.
Administrative Support:
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails.
• Maintain organised records of all customer interactions, work orders, and job statuses.
• Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and receipts.
Proficiency with industry-specific software systems is required.
• Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Scheduling & Coordination:
• Schedule appointments for plumbers based on job priorities and availability.
• Dispatch plumbers and provide job details, including location and customer information.
• Monitor job progress and update customers on service timelines.
Customer Service:
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries,
Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience is required.
• Provide accurate service information and troubleshoot basic service issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up communication.
