Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading wool bales on the production line
• Operating press and other plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Following all safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting corporate governance and operational plans
• Performing other duties as required

To be successful, you'll need:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks
• A current car licence (not essential but highly regarded)
• Willingness to undergo drug & alcohol testing prior to starting
