Fair Seafood is looking for a fish filleter with prior experience to join our team.

You will need to have experience in processing and filleting a variety of fresh local scale fish.

The position is 38 hours per week M-F.

Some Saturday work may be required.

You will be paid a base rate of $32/h which may be increased based on productivity and quality of work.
