Qualifications & experience

Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience

Ability to use Trisearch, LEAP, Smokeball and PEXA

Preference for candidates who have knowledge of multiple states conveyancing laws.

Tasks & responsibilities

Collaborate with the supervisor and legal team to handle real property conveyancing cases.

Conduct thorough research and due diligence on property transactions.

Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to
conveyancing.

Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work

Liaise with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.

Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of transactions

Team management skills as you will be required to lead and manage a team of support staff undertaking conveyancing work

Undertake various clerical duties including file maintenance and management from own initiative, lodgment of dealings through PEXA.
