Direct Property Conveyancing is looking for a super star licensed conveyancer to take over as sole director of this business servicing clients referred by real estate agents and repeat work. This is a great opportunity for some one wanting to open their own business but been a little scared. The work has already been done for you. The business is ready to go so you can take over, have income from day one and grow it to as big as you like.

The Ideal candidate should have:

5 years experience in Conveyancing

Easy going people person who will get along with all referrers

Some sales and Marketing experience would be great

Can work Saturday’s attending open homes (once every few weeks) - This is not a must but will enhance the referrals

High attention to detail

Confident working unsupervised and running a business

Wants something more for their future

This is not suited for solicitors/lawyers, we are looking for a licensed Conveyancer.
