An exciting opportunity exists for a Production Manager to join the delightful team at Bakers Delight Brighton Central

As a Production Manager, you will be fully accountable for the operations and profitability of the bakery. You will lead and drive your team to produce quality product and deliver delightful customer service to meet sales and performance targets. You’ll also spend time training your team in all bakery operations so having a focus on standards, policies and procedures is important too!

To be successful in this role you will:

Be a Qualified Baker

Be able to work smart and efficiently

Have knowledge of retail operations & budgets in a small business

Understand the need for strong compliance with work health and safety standards and requirements

Be a strong communicator and with good conflict management skills

Be able to influence and motivate others

Bakers Delight experience highly regarded, but not essential.

You’ll be comfortable leading the team to deliver quality products everyday so as to contribute to the bakery achieving our results and meeting targeted budgets. Working full time, hours will include weekends and early mornings.

Your dedication and drive to lead and work with a close knit team to produce excellent quality products and provide delightful customer service are the key ingredients for success in this ‘roll’!
