As they grow, they are now seeking a Finance Manager to join their high-performing Brisbane-based team.

The Role

The Finance Manager will oversee a small, dynamic team responsible for supporting day-to-day finance operations across a range of entities. Reporting into senior leadership, this role blends financial oversight with stakeholder engagement, playing a key role in maintaining financial integrity while continuously looking for ways to improve systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:

• Oversee financial reporting, payroll, and compliance across multiple businesses to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with leaders across varied business units, providing financial insights and support to influence key decisions.
• Lead a small, capable team while driving their development and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
• Play a hands-on role in onboarding new businesses and rolling out improved systems and processes.
• Uphold strong internal controls and ensure all financial and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a finance leadership or senior accounting role.
• CA/CPA qualification preferred, or progress toward completion.
• Background working across multiple entities or business units.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading a small team and improving processes.
• Proficiency in modern accounting systems and Excel.
