This represents a rare opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in the CBD.

The firm provides their clients with a wide variety of high quality financial services.

POSITION

Due to internal restructuring, the position of Practice Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Manage the day to day operations of the firm
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
• Oversee the overall administration of the firm and oversee multiple divisions including administration, IT, HR and Finance
• Undertake special project work for the firm and clients
• Uphold the firm's culture
• Grow the firm's brand by providing clients with 110% with each and every interaction

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
• A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to manage ASIC Corp Sec
• Ability to manage the firms ATO lodgement program
• Ability to manage staff in a efficient manner
• Ability to manage multiple divisions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
