Employment Term: Ongoing – Full-time or Part-time

Location: Clinic facilities - Pascoe Vale South, Victoria and Sunshine, Victoria

Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 + Bonus + Allowances + Super

About the role:

As part of our ongoing expansion of our clinical team, we at Advance Therapy currently have an opening for a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role will involve offering OT services to participants with a diverse range of diagnoses across multiple funding options. Full-time employment is preferred, although part-time employment will be considered. Flexible work arrangements are available across the clinic, shared office, Telehealth, and community locations.

This position is suited to someone who possesses a high level of motivation, independence, and organisation. A key requirement for this role is exceptional communication skills, as well as a genuine enjoyment of establishing connections with participants and their families.

Our exceptional and unique model has allowed us to expand our services and open our second facility in Sunshine, Victoria. A part of our ongoing recruitment, we are now hiring for both our Sunshine and Pascoe Vale facilities.

What we can offer you:

Weekly supervision for the first 3 months as needed, then fortnightly.

Skills and Requirements:

Australian accredited qualification as a Occupational Therapist

AHPRA Registration

Membership with Occupational Therapy Australia including appropriate insurance
