About the role

Wonder Kids OT is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Cranbourne, VIC. This full-time role is critical in supporting the delivery of high-quality, innovative occupational therapy services to children and their families in our local community.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each child and develop individualised therapy plans

Delivering a range of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help children improve their physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional skills

Collaborating closely with parents, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive, family-centred approach

Contributing to the development of new, engaging therapy programs and resources

Maintaining detailed client records and providing regular progress updates

Promoting the services of Wonder Kids OT within the local community

What we're looking for

Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience working as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, ideally in a clinical or community-based setting

Strong understanding of child development and the ability to tailor therapy to each child's unique needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families

Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative therapy solutions

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach

A Working with Children Check

A valid Driver's License
