THE ROLE
As a Carpenter, you will work across a range of residential and commercial projects. From structural builds to finishing touches, you will play a hands-on role in delivering quality outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Structural Carpentry – Construct and assemble walls, floors, and roof frameworks with accuracy and strength
Interior Finishing – Install doors, windows, skirting, trim, and mouldings with precision and care
Custom Joinery – Measure, cut, and fit cabinetry, shelving, countertops, and bespoke built-ins
Exterior Works – Build decks, pergolas, fences, and outdoor structures that enhance liveability
Finishing Details – Sand, stain, paint, and seal timber to achieve polished final results
Safety & Quality Assurance – Follow WHS protocols, maintain a clean worksite, and inspect work to ensure it meets client expectations and company standards
Team Collaboration – Work alongside fellow tradespeople, contributing to a positive and productive environment
ABOUT YOU
You are a qualified Carpenter who takes pride in your craftsmanship and enjoys working as part of a team. You bring initiative, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
You will have:
A carpentry trade qualification or completed apprenticeship
Experience in residential or renovation projects
Proficiency with tools and ability to read and interpret plans
Sound knowledge of WHS standards
Strong communication and time-management skills
A positive, team-focused approach
