About the role

Bright Futures is seeking an experienced Childcare Director to lead our East Hills NSW 2213 location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for the children in our charge.

What you'll be doing

Manage and mentor a team of early childhood educators

Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework

Ensure all childcare services meet relevant regulations and licensing requirements

Foster positive relationships with families and the local community

Oversee the facility's administration, budgeting, and compliance

Champion the centre's values and contribute to its continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Proven experience as a Childcare Director or in a similar senior leadership role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Passion for providing high-quality childcare and a commitment to the wellbeing of children

Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations and best practices
