Peli's is seeking a passionate, hard working professional with management experience. You will be expected to have exceptional presentation of yourself and a professional, energetic approach to your work. We are a fast paced high volume restaurant with a focus on attention to detail for both service and food. All staff are expected to cultivate great relationships with our team to maintain a healthy working environment.

Key duties:

Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation

deliver superior guest services

wine knowledge of Australia and international varieties. Be able to maintain and grow current wine program

organise and supervise shifts

manage and lead staff

oversee stock inventory

manage restaurant supplies

implement strategies to improve productivity and sales

Key requirements and relevant qualifications:

extensive food and wine knowledge

computer literacy

strong leadership, motivational and people skills

critical thinker and problem solver

great interpersonal and communication skills
