Housekeeping Supervisor – The Sebel Airlie Beach

We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team, maintain the highest cleanliness standards, and ensure our guests experience the exceptional service The Sebel is known for.

What you’ll be doing:

Supervising daily housekeeping operations and supporting the housekeeping team

Conducting room inspections to ensure impeccable presentation and cleanliness

Coordinating daily task allocations and managing rosters

Training, motivating, and mentoring team members

Assisting with stock control and ordering of housekeeping supplies

What we’re looking for:

Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or resorts (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, can-do attitude and passion for guest satisfaction
