About the Role:

This hands-on role will see you overseeing both the kitchen and front-of-house operations, keeping things running smoothly during service, and jumping in wherever needed. You’ll work closely with management to help lead the team, maintain high standards, and make sure every guest leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the front-of-house and kitchen team during shifts

Maintain food quality, presentation, and customer service standards

Assist with rostering, stock control, ordering, and daily operations

Train and support new and existing staff

Create a warm, friendly, and fun experience for guests and the team

Ensure the venue meets all health and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality, with leadership or supervisory skills

Confident managing a team in both FOH and kitchen environments

A natural communicator who can keep calm and solve problems under pressure

Someone who takes pride in their work and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty

Availability across a rotating roster (days/nights/weekends)

RSA certificate is essential; RSG and Food Safety certs are a bonus
