Join our driven company Moi Moi Fine Jewellery in our flagship Sydney QVB store - in the heart of the CBD.
Permanent Full-time role for 5 days p.w. (Including weekend availability).
Are you a sales superstar or customer relations expert? Then, this is an amazing opportunity to join our dream team. We are Australia's finest Moissanite & Lab Grown Diamond store, established in 2004, with flagship stores in Sydney & Melbourne. We create spectacular fine jewellery pieces. You will be someone who loves to work in sales and help customers achieve their goals. Jewellery experience is welcomed, however not necessary as we will fully train you in product knowledge and custom design. You will be part of our motivated and driven Sydney team of super sales stars – who are very friendly and an awesome group who empower each other. You will understand that luxury sales, requires nurturing of clients, attention to detail and being passionate and knowledgeable about our product. You will also be fluent in English and be able to write well and clearly, as a significant part of our sales process is via email and digital processes. You are fast and efficient with computer work and follow systems well to ensure the store runs smoothly. Apart from face-to-face selling, the sales process continues on our online platforms, and there are other duties where you will be happy to assist with, because you are a team player.
In a previous life, you might have been a sales superstar or an account manager. You probably like nice things like we do, so dealing with jewels all day, will be a dream.
This might be the perfect role for you!
It will also be fabulous having a permanent full-time role for 5 days per week, including weekend availability. Our team members are highly valued. Because you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency, then this long-term role works well for you. You start at 9.30am and finish at 6pm. You will be available for 5 days including weekend availability. Our gorgeous flagship store is in the beautiful Queen Victoria Building, in the heart of the CBD - super easy for transport, above Town Hall Station, York St buses and George St, Light rail.
Moi Moi was founded in 2004 - we are celebrating 20 years this year and we are growing. We are an Australian family owned and operated business with a lovely team who all have amazing work ethic and take great pride in their work. Our Head Office is near by the Sydney CBD store.
