We’re looking for a customer-focused, digitally savvy individual to join our jewellery store as a Jewellery Sales Consultant & Social Media Coordinator. This is a unique hybrid role combining in-store sales with hands-on social media marketing support. The percentages will vary day-to-day, but expect to spend half your time on each aspect of the role.

You will join a small hands-on team and an interest in jewellery styling and/or manufacture will be in your veins. It is this saturation within the daily operations of our jewellery business that will inspire and give rise to marketing content for our socials.

Whether you're experienced in retail or studying marketing and looking for a creative part-time role, this position could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing

Retail Sales & Customer Service (main focus)

Delivering outstanding experiences to our customers in-store

Assisting with jewellery sales, custom designs and repairs

Ensuring displays are clean, stylish and on-brand

Social Media & Marketing Support

Capturing and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, etc

Assisting with posting, scheduling and replying to comments/DMs

Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and events

Brainstorming content ideas and helping manage the social media calendar

What we’re looking for

Friendly, confident communicator with great people skills

Interest in jewellery, fashion, styling, or design

Social media savvy – comfortable using Instagram and Canva

Creative thinker with a good eye for detail

Self-motivated and able to juggle retail and creative tasks

Availability on weekends or extended trading hours (especially during holidays). Saturday work is a given.

Experience in retail is essential and you must derive satisfaction from providing high level of service to others. Specific jewellery industry exposure is a bonus, but not essential. We will invest our time training the right person.
