We are also leaders in the affordable investing space. Additionally, we provide comprehensive assistance with our own internal finance brokers and NDIS SDA property management business, boasting a 95% occupancy rate with our NDIS SDA homes.

About the role

The primary function of this role is to convert company and self-generated leads into property investment sales. Booked appointments will be provided.
We have an established sales process that is supported by our CRM. Our sales process ensures that our consultants only deal with motivated buyers. Our consultants develop and manage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long period, constantly following them up to help them move forward with their property investment journey. Please note that this is an independent contractor role that is paid commission only.

Consultants have access to an extensive range of property investment options Australia-wide

Bonus structure available, which includes additional payments for self-generated business

Potential to earn between $150,000 - $300,000 + p.a. based on performance

This is a Commission Only role, and applicants must be able to support themselves for the first 3 months.
Commission Only allows you to back yourself and earn a substantial income, well above what any Income + Comm role would ever provide you with.
