The Role

Conduct face-to-face presentations for premium clients

Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential buyers/customers

Operate in a dynamic, high-energy team environment

Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales goals

Monday–Friday work — no weekends

Begin with in-house training before heading into the field with expert guidance

What We’re Looking For

A strong track record in client-facing roles (real estate sales experience highly regarded)

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven personality

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Professional presentation and attention to detail

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday

Must be over 18 and have full working rights in Australia
