About the role

MHM Contracting is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join our team, providing project support to both MHM and our clients on various equipment.

Depending on your qualification and experience, this role will be responsible for the breakdown and scheduled repair of various mobile plant or road transport equipment.

Not only will you get the chance to work with the best, MHM also offer OEM training, technical support and specialist tooling.

Role Requirements

Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification - AUS/NZ Recognized

5+ years Hitachi (and Komatsu) experience for digger specialist roles

Pit Viper, T45 and D65 experience for drill specialist roles

CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, John Deere experience for Mobile Plant roles

Kenworth, Volvo, Mack experience for Road Transport roles

Mining experience essential

Current manual drivers’ licence (HR would be a bonus!)

Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Able to provide a current Police Clearance

High Risk Work Licence - desirable

A/C Ticket - desirable

Australian working rights essential

While having worked for an OEM is not a pre-requisite, applicants with OEM experience are encouraged to apply.
