Cannington Mazda currently has an opportunity for one highly motivated and driven individual to join our high-performing Sales team.

Cannington Mazda is the largest Mazda outlet in Perth and is committed to providing the best service to our customers.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and General Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high-quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:

• A genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
• Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
• Build relationships with customers and potential customers
• Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
• Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step.

About you:

If you are a highly motivated – driven individual with exceptional customer service and a passion for finding a customer’s dream car, we want you!

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded however, individuals who are passionate salespeople or have a customer service background are more than welcome.

You will ideally possess:

• Customer Service/ Retail experience
• Must be motivated and driven
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Current valid WA drivers license
