About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Yard WA' as a Used Cars Sales Person. Based in our Bibra Lake location, this full-time role will see you playing a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth for our used car dealership.

Minimum 2 years of proven automotive or retail sales experience required

Valid Australian driver's licence required

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Proficiency with CRM systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia

What you'll be doing

Proactively engaging with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences

Demonstrating and test-driving used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits

Negotiating sales prices and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Participating in sales-related training and development programs

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in used car sales

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

A passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in used cars

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

A valid driver's licence and the ability to conduct test drives
