About your new role:

We’re on the lookout for a relationship-driven Marketing and Communications Lead to join our close-knit team. Working closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll bring our vision to life through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and impactful storytelling.

This is a full-time role based at our beautiful Jolimont Road clinic, with hybrid flexibility. You’ll be joining a collaborative, creative and values-led workplace that celebrates impact, integrity and inclusion.

What will you be doing?

Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies to drive patient engagement and brand visibility.

Build and strengthen partnerships with GPs, specialists and corporate organisations to support business growth.

Plan, execute, and report on multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp, etc.).

Manage backend platforms such as HotDoc and ensure web content and patient booking systems remain accurate and user-friendly.

Create and support content across social media, PR, web, email and partnership materials.

Provide monthly performance reporting and insights to senior leaders.

Mentor junior marketing staff and support cross-functional collaboration.

What are we looking for?

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.

Proven experience delivering B2C and B2B marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on partnerships and ROI.

Ability to plan, launch and monitor paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex health information.

Previous experience working in healthcare, IVF or women's health (desirable).

Confidence using platforms such as HotDoc (desirable) and Mailchimp with an eye for detail and optimisation.

A strategic, creative mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.
