About the firm

What you’ll be doing

Join a high-performing commercial team of over 70 professionals supporting national and international clients. This role will focus on:

• Leading major IP, sponsorship and media transactions
• Drafting complex licensing and commercial agreements
• Advising on governance and commercial structuring
• Supporting mentoring and training across the junior cohort

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years’ PQE with at least 3 years at Senior Associate level
• Strong background in commercial law with IP/media exposure
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills
• Collaborative and commercially astute with mentoring ability
