Finance Analyst | Brisbane | Permanent

Charterhouse Partnership is working with a well-established and reputable brand in Brisbane that is looking to appoint a finance specialist with strong business partnering and analytical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders across the business, understands the dynamics of a commercial environment, and has a natural ability to turn data into meaningful insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing financial and operational data from multiple systems, building reports and dashboards using Power BI, and delivering concise, well-structured insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You’ll need strong experience working with ERP systems and a solid understanding of how to connect financial data to broader business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for communication and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement. You will be comfortable working with different teams, translating complex data into actionable insights, and influencing commercial outcomes in a value-adding role.
