The Role
This newly created Financial Analyst position is designed to strengthen the finance function by enhancing reporting, process efficiency, and technical accounting capability across multiple entities. You will provide accurate insights, streamline processes, and support the team during a period of growth and change.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated and entity-level financial reports and dashboards.
• Analyse variances, oversee month-end and year-end journal entries.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation.
• Maintain compliance and controls; support audits.
• Lead strategic projects and mentor finance team members.

Skills & Attributes

• CA or CPA qualified (or working towards).
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; Power BI a plus.
• Interest in automation and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
