About the role

Become a part of the vibrant team at Castlereagh Boutique Hotel as a Food & Beverage Attendant or Bar Attendant. This part-time or full-time position is based at our iconic hotel in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, with convenient access to public transport. In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and welcoming guests with a professional and friendly attitude

Creating lasting first impressions as a welcoming host

Setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and high presentation standards

Taking food and beverage orders, offering menu recommendations with confidence

Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout dining and bar areas

Assisting the wider hospitality team with additional duties as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar role as a Food & Beverage Attendant or Bar Attendant

A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A flexible, can-do attitude with availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Hospitality or food service qualifications (desirable but not essential)
