About the Role:

We are looking for versatile, safety-conscious operators with experience across the North West rail networks. The successful candidates will be part of a high-performing crew delivering civil and rail construction works on major infrastructure projects. FIFO 2:1 roster.

Preferred Experience:

· Excavator operation

· Skid Steer Loader

· HR Drivers Licence

· C2 / Dogman qualifications highly regarded

· Rio, BHP inducted / experience.

What We're Looking For:

· Previous experience in rail environments

· Minimum 2+ years of rail environment experience required

· Confident operating a range of mobile plant

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· A strong focus on safety and quality work standards

· Versatility, a positive attitude, and willingness to get the job done

· Relevant plant tickets

· Must hold all three plant tickets: Excavator, Loader, and Skidsteer licences

· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening

· Australian work rights required for this position
