We’re seeking an experienced Final Trim Loader Operator to join our team for an upcoming project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and proven final trim experience using a loader for precision work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate loader with a high level of accuracy for final trim work
Work closely with site supervisors and other operators
Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery
Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
Follow project plans and directions with minimal supervision
Must Have:
Minimum 3 years’ experience operating loaders in civil construction
Proven final trim experience
Current Loader Ticket (RIIMPO321F or equivalent)
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Excellent attention to detail and safety standards
