The role

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team at Terra Verde Resource Solutions in Neerabup, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of excavators to support our operations at our construction waste recycling facility.

What you'll be doing

Operate excavators and associated equipment to carry out various earthmoving tasks such as digging, loading, and site preparation

Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order through regular inspections and reporting of any issues

Comply with all safety protocols and environmental regulations to minimise risks and protect the site

Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and other team members to coordinate work activities

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an operator of 30t-class Excavators, with 2 years' experience

Experience operating other heavy diesel equipment (Front-End Loader experience will be highly valued)

Strong knowledge of excavator operation and maintenance procedures

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Valid driver's licence and Excavator ticket

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
