Skillforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator with Posi Track experience for a long-term FIFO opportunity at the Capricorn Mine Site. This role is with a highly regarded, WA-based company that has rapidly expanded across plant hire, haulage, and mechanical services, supporting clients in the mining, civil, and agricultural sectors.

Position Details:

• Pad work
• Trenching
• Crossovers
• Precision earthworks requiring strong attention to detail

• Roster: FIFO from Perth – 2:1 or 3:1
• Location: Capricorn Mine Site
• Start Date: Mobilising 15th September
• Starting Rate: $60 per hour
• Machinery: 15T Excavator

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating excavators and Posi Track
• High attention to detail in precision earthworks
• Current Driver’s Licence & White Card
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently
• Available to mobilise by 15th September
• Full Australian working rights
