The Opportunity

Reporting at senior leadership level, the Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of strategic projects that cut across business functions, people initiatives, customer programs and market strategies.

The role requires a leader who can balance governance discipline with the ability to influence, engage and inspire stakeholders. You will ensure benefits are realised, projects are embedded seamlessly into operations, and the business is positioned to achieve its long-term strategic objectives.

Key Areas of Accountability

• Lead delivery of a portfolio of major transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• End to end Program Management including budget, scope, time, risk, integration/ project compliance, quality and resource allocation
• Drive operational efficiency, workforce engagement, and customer-centred outcomes.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including reporting to executive forums and boards.
• Develop business cases and partner with stakeholders to secure investment and alignment.
• Negotiate and manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure commercial value.
• Build change readiness and ensure adoption of new ways of working across frontline and corporate teams.
• Proactively manage risks, interdependencies and ensure smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Communication management and progress reporting/presentation to executive stakeholders & steercos
• Managing gated processes to ensure avoidance of scope creep, and remain aligned to business cases and organisational goals

What we are Looking For

• A highly collaborative Program Manager who brings 8+ years in Program Management
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business process optimisation as a Program Manager, where you are proactively operating as the conduit between technology and the business
• Strong leadership and influencing capability, with experience engaging at executive and board level.
• Commercial acumen and financial oversight, including managing significant budgets and vendor contracts.
• Demonstrated success embedding cultural and operational change in industrial or service-driven environments.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, management or a related discipline.
