What to expect

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you'll be instrumental in managing the full client life-cycle. You'll work closely with a diverse portfolio of operating businesses, high net work individuals and high-net-worth family offices, providing comprehensive tax and business advisory services.

A typical day will have you:

Preparing financial statements and income tax returns.

Mentoring and supervising junior staff.

Managing workflow, budgets, and deadlines with an emphasis on proactive planning.

Leading consulting engagements and providing high-level tax advice.

• Coaching, mentoring and supervising junior members of the internal team

This role is perfect for a tax professional who has experience in either the Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firms who is ready to take on a more holistic role where you can have greater ownership of client outcomes and see the direct impact of your work.

About you

We're looking for someone who is ready to be a leader and a trusted advisor to clients. You have a solid foundation in Australian business services and are looking for a firm that will continue to invest in your professional growth.

To be considered for this role, you'll have:

At least 5 years of Australian tax agent or business services experience within the tax field

A CA or CPA qualification

Strong experience across all entity types, including companies, trusts, and self-managed superannuation funds.

Excellent IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Xero and Excel.

A proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
