Senior Property Manager TO Team Lead!
Seeking an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step, keep your hands on the tools, manage a small portfolio, whilst sharing knowledge, guiding teammates, and working alongside the Operations Manager and Director.

About the Role

Join a close-knit property management team of four. You’ll manage a small, high-quality portfolio of 60-70 properties, with support for routine inspections and work alongside a dedicated BDM focused on slow, quality growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands and enjoys end-to-end management, including leasing and final bond inspections, while also taking on a nurturing leadership position within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential property management, with end-to-end portfolio knowledge, which provides you with a well-rounded understanding and ability to train colleagues
• Current WA Real Estate Registration
• Strong working knowledge of property legislation and compliance
• Confident and professional communicator
• Warm, trustworthy, and relationship-driven personality
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others
