Early Childhood Educator – Room Assistant and Room Leader (Full-Time Positions Available)

Position Overview:
Join our vibrant team at our client’s company, where we offer two exciting full-time opportunities: one for a Room Assistant and another for a Room Leader. These roles are distinct yet integral to our commitment to providing high-quality, respectful, and responsive childcare and education.

Room Assistant Role:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children of various ages.
- Assist in delivering educational programs that reflect the children's interests and needs.
- Contribute to a warm, safe, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Support the observation, recording, and assessment of children's development.
- Maintain positive relationships with families and team members.
- Uphold high levels of organization, time management, and safety standards.

Room Leader Role:
- Lead the planning and implementation of educational programs for children.
- Understand and apply National Regulations, EYLF, and NQF standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and team members.
- Mentor and guide fellow educators in a Room Leader capacity.

Essential Qualifications for Both Roles:
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection Certifications.
- Experience in early childhood settings.
- For Room Leaders: Experience with preschool-age children and prior room leadership is highly desirable.
