The Role

AVI requires a Network Analyst who is fluent in both English and Spanish or Portuguese to join our team providing support, troubleshooting and guidance to our clients and service partners in South America.

The Network Analyst role is a customer facing role that provides remote monitoring and support to ensure that AVI products and systems are fully operational.

Required Skills and Experience

English and Spanish or Portuguese Speaking

A strong understanding of Networks, or a degree in Networks

Linux certifications (highly desirable)

Attention to detail and a can-do attitude

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand new concepts/information and master new skills quickly and efficiently

Highly self-motivated and able to work without constant direction

Good knowledge network infrastructure and equipment

Options for career development and training will be offered to the right candidate(s).

The role will also involve liaising with customers during project rollouts, translating customer requests from Spanish or Portuguese to English and translating user manuals from English to Spanish or Portuguese.

Operation Hours

The hours of operation for these roles are 0600am Monday to 0600am Saturday with rotating shift start times, Monday to Friday. Penalties are paid on overnight shifts.
