About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced PMO Lead to oversee governance, planning, and reporting for a major ERP rollout. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving stakeholder alignment, managing program risks and issues, and embedding delivery discipline across a complex enterprise environment.

Candidates with Big 4 consulting backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program governance, planning, and reporting for large-scale ERP implementations.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business units, technology teams, and external delivery partners.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Embed structure, best practice, and delivery assurance.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making.

About You

• Proven experience leading PMO functions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background in ERP/CRM program delivery and governance.
• Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and delivery outcomes.
