My client, a leader in the telco space, has an exciting opening for a Process Improvement Lead to join them for an initial 10 month daily rate contract on their Field Services Transformation program, with the view to extend long term. The role will be integral to rebuilding and refining workflows, analysing business processes and identifying areas for process improvement.

The requirements:

· 5+ years experience in Process Analysis, Process Mapping and Process Improvement roles
· Experience analysing complex business processes and identifying areas of inefficiency
· Experience in telco or field services environment highly regarded
· Experience in developing and documenting business requirements
· Excellent stakeholder management skills
· Experience with VPNs or Sigma Methodologies (highly regarded)
· Lean Six Sigma Certified
· Strong skills in MS Project
· Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
