The Role

Toll People are currently recruiting for reliable and experienced Trucks (HR, HC & MC) drivers for several casual and ongoing roles in the Newcastle and Hunter areas. To be considered, you must have a strong focus on safety and upholding our company's reputation by providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk or multi drop work depending on the role delivering around Newcastle, Hunter, Port Stephens and upper Central Coast

• Restraining loads correctly and securely

• Carry out all duties diligently and safely with safety being your number one focus

• Complete and supply mandatory run sheet information in the format required

• Comply with all WHS & RMS regulations including driving hour legislations

• Use pallet jacks and tail lifts when required

• Attending and contributing to toolbox meetings

• Providing a high level of customer service

Skills & Experience

• Truck Licence with experience

• Experience driving tautliner and or flat top vehicles

• Multi-drop and bulk drop deliveries

• Forklift licence with experience an advantage

• Ability to restrain loads using chains or straps

• Experience with mezzanine floor vehicles

• Excellent communication both written and verbal

• Well presented, you as the driver are the face of the company
