Position – HC / MC Tipper Driver

A position exists for a qualified HC/MC tipper driver to join our team to work in BlueScope Port Kembla @ 21 Area transporting air cooled slag.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- 4-day rotating roster.

- Driving and Operating Heavy Haulage Tipping Vehicles Single Trailer (Side or End Tippers).

- Be responsible for following site regulations.

- Punctual to work, presenting in uniform (Hi Viz) with PPE requirements as required.

- Transporting 75 Tonne loads of 4 various products to dedicated areas within BlueScope.

- 12-hour shifts.

- Communicate with loader drivers and Metal Transport Drivers as required.

- Follow instructions as given by authorised Staff.

- Follow company procedure for Pre- Start checks of vehicles and trailers.

- Inductions for Site and Company as required.

- Participate in toolbox meetings and engage in training as required.

- Wash out trailers as required.

Skills

- HC (Minimum) Licence with tipping experience.

- Positive attitude.

- Ability to work as a team and individually.

- Basic knowledge for operating tablet load systems.
