AUTO PLUS GROUP PTY LTD(Trading as SYDNEY CITY MG SERVICE) is an Auto Repair for MG located in St Peters. We are looking for a qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team.

Tasks & responsibilities

· Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor.

· Change, repair or replace worn and faulty mechanical parts and components of automotive systems.

· Identifying mechanical faults as well as issues with vehicle stability and tyre wear.

· Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs.

· Providing advice and reporting potentially dangerous risks found on customer vehicles

· Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles.

· Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and inspections, including oil changes, filter replacements, etc.

· Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts or assemblies.

As a qualified candidate, we hope you

· Certificate III or above in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology including at least two years on-the-job training.

· At least 1 year full-time equivalent work experience as a motor mechanic in the past 5 years.

· Hold an Australian Driver License.
