Hills Robes & Screens is growing and we’re looking for:

2 x Wardrobe / Sliding Door Installers – skilled in on-site fitting and finishing.

1 x Factory All-Rounder – versatile, hands-on and keen to learn all aspects of cabinetmaking and installation.

If you have a background in cabinet making, shopfitting, wardrobe installation, or factory production – or you’re eager to build those skills – we want to hear from you.

Role 1: Wardrobe Installer (2 Positions)

What You’ll Do

Install wardrobe interiors, sliding wardrobe doors (glass, mirror, melamine) and basic joinery.

Read plans, measure accurately, and deliver clean, professional finishes.

Work directly with clients in homes and on sites across the Sunshine Coast.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy work area.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in cabinetmaking, shopfitting, or wardrobe installation.

Strong attention to detail and a pride in your work.

Excellent problem solving skills.

Driver’s licence & white card required.

Physically fit for lifting and handling materials.

Role 2: Factory All-Rounder (1 Position)

What You’ll Do

Cut, assemble, and manufacture sliding doors and wardrobe inserts.

Operate machinery such as panel saws, glass cutters (experience an advantage), and drill press.

Assist with installations when required.

Keep tools, vehicles, and workspace in top condition.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on skills with tools – cabinetmaking or factory experience preferred.

Ability to work accurately from plans and measurements.

Eager to learn and take ownership of your work.

Driver’s licence & white card required.
