About the role

Coastal Demolitions is seeking a full-time Demolition Labourer to join our team in Carrara, Queensland. As a Demolition Labourer, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects, supporting our skilled tradespeople and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the dismantling and removal of building structures and materials

Operating hand and power tools in a safe and responsible manner

Clearing debris and preparing work sites for further demolition or construction activities

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Providing support to the wider demolition team as required

What we're looking for

A keen interest in the construction and demolition industry

Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety

The ability to work effectively as part of a team

A valid driver's licence is preferred

Prior experience in a similar demolition or construction role would be an advantage
