Site Manager – Commercial/Industrial Projects (DIDO Northern NSW) We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $2M industrial fuel station project in Northern New South Wales. This is a full-time role with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, making it an excellent long-term opportunity.
What’s on Offer?

• Salary: Up to $160,000 + Superannuation
• Allowances: Working away from home allowance, accommodation, fuel, and car allowance
• Roster: Monday to Friday (5:2), home on weekends - details discussed during interview and we've ensured working hours are reasonable factoring in driving
• Project Value: Initial project valued at $2M, with significant pipeline following

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery - using Buildertrend software
• Oversee civil works, concrete pours, and site logistics
• Ensure compliance with WHS, QA, and industry standards
• Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives
• Be hands-on when needed to keep the project moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering industrial/commercial projects
• Strong understanding of civil and concrete construction processes (levels, set-out, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects on time
• Trade background highly regarded (though not essential)
• Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
• White Card and relevant construction tickets required
