We're seeking a Data Integration Engineer with a strong background in the Microsoft technology stack who will support enterprise-wide data initiatives and enable seamless data flow across systems and platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mid to Senior-level professional with experience in complex data environments, ideally within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or related domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and integration solutions across Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and consistency across platforms.
• Integrate data from multiple on-premises and cloud sources.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration workflows and performance.
• Contribute to data governance, data quality, and best practice frameworks.
• Participate in strategic data projects supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Integration Engineer
• Strong expertise across the Microsoft data stack, including but not limited to:
• SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL)
• Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse / Azure Data Lake
• Power BI
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing concepts, and integration best practices.
• Experience working with APIs and cloud/on-prem data sources.
• Ideally experience within Financial Services / Wealth Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement abilities.

Requirements:

• Must have full, unrestricted full-time working rights in Australia
• Must be able to attend their Sydney offices - Hybrid working environment.
