We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Experience team. In this role you’ll help us find and welcome great talent by owning the end-to-end recruitment activities.

This is a part time role – 3 days per week

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the recruitment lifecycle for both external and internal recruitment (including group interview / group assessment days)
• Developing a strong employer brand through the candidate and new hire experience
• Partnering with managers and other People Experience team members on future workforce planning strategies and plans
• Assist with relevant projects

What you’ll bring:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Commitment to delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and employment legislation.
• Previous experience with demonstrated success in a similar role.
