We are currently seeking a dynamic and true payroll subject matter professional to join our payroll team as Senior Payroll Officer.
An individual with a high level of experience in payroll and systems. Stakeholder's will look to this individual to support them with effective knowledge of payroll legislation, & swift query resolution.
This will be an exceptional opportunity for a Senior role in payroll, working within a high performing Payroll team.
You will be working in a team of three, processing payroll for 400 + staff using Micropay, processing fortnightly using a combination of manual processing and autopay.
You will be a pivotal part of our People and Culture team which has a fun, professional, driven and cohesive working culture.
What a successful candidate looks like
• Relevant qualification in Payroll/Accountancy or other relevant discipline recognised in Australia
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role
• Experience working with Micropay is preferred
• The ability to work autonomously
• A problem solver with an analytical approach to big picture thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Current award SCHCADS understanding desirable

• A Full time maximum term role (October2026), role commencing 8 October 2025
• Salary $90,000 plus super and salary packaging
