An exciting senior-level opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA/Legal Assistant to join a busy litigation practice in Melbourne. In this role, you will provide high-level support to a Principal within the Public Liability team, working on complex, fast-paced matters in a deadline-driven environment.

You’ll provide right-hand support to a high-performing Principal Solicitor and two Lawyers, playing a key role in keeping a busy litigation practice running seamlessly. Your days will be diverse - preparing court documents and briefs, managing critical deadlines, coordinating diaries, liaising with clients, and overseeing billing - ensuring everything operates smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a busy litigation support role (Legal PA, Legal Assistant, or similar) within an Australian law firm
• Strong knowledge of court processes and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to provide high-level administrative support to a senior Solicitor, ideally at Partner level
