Qualifications & experience
Certificate 3 (or higher) in Commercial Cookery
Relevant industry experience eg- cooking in a thoughtful contemporary manner
A genuine interest in Mediterranean/European cuisine
A positive attitude
Personally invested in treating people with respect

Tasks & responsibilities
Daily management of a section
Maintaining an excellent standard of quality throughout preparation and delivery
Recipe development and maintenance
